Travel Engine – Terms of Use

1. Overview

The Travel Engine is a private-access booking platform available at https://travel.livenow.com.cy. Access is provided to activated Travel Members who hold a valid Annual Travel Pass issued by LN. The Travel Engine provides access to discounted hotel bookings, flights, car rentals, and other travel-related services. Bookings within the Travel Engine are powered by a licensed third-party travel partner ("Travel Partner").

2. Access and Eligibility

2.1. Access is granted exclusively to Travel Members aged 18 or older who have completed a valid Travel Pass purchase.

2.2. Upon successful payment, account activation takes place manually within approximately 72 hours.

2.3. Credentials are sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

2.4. Login credentials are assigned personally and may not be shared with non-authorized users.

2.5. LN reserves the right to deactivate or deny access in the event of abuse, fraud, or policy breach, and may refuse or delay activation at its sole discretion.

3. Scope of Use

3.1. Travel Members may use the platform to book travel services for themselves and up to five (5) additional individuals.

3.2. Use of the platform for commercial purposes, resale, or affiliate bookings is strictly prohibited.

3.3. LN reserves the right to terminate access without refund if these terms are violated.

4. Bookings & Transactions

4.1. All bookings, cancellations, payments, and post-booking support are exclusively managed by the Travel Partner.

4.2. LN is not involved in any transactions or service provision within the Travel Engine and does not handle booking payments, customer support, or transactional issues.

4.3. Users acknowledge that prices are dynamic and may vary from public aggregator platforms. LN does not guarantee discounts or pricing advantages, and makes no guarantee of specific savings or discounts.

5. User Interface & Branding

5.1. Upon login, the user interface may reflect both LN and Travel Partner branding. This is intentional and denotes joint facilitation.

5.2. The platform is licensed, operated, and maintained by the Travel Partner, who assumes full responsibility for technical availability, feature scope, and booking reliability.

6. Support & Dispute Resolution

6.1. LN offers limited support related only to login/access issues for eligible Travel Members.

6.2. All disputes or support requests relating to bookings, payments, travel changes, cancellations, or platform issues must be directed to the Travel Partner.

6.3. Travel Members explicitly waive any rights to claim damages or initiate disputes against LN for any services offered through the Travel Engine.

6.4. Should a claim against LN become legally unavoidable, Cyprus courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. LN disclaims all warranties, guarantees, or liabilities related to the Travel Engine's pricing, performance, availability, accuracy, or content.

7.2. LN is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss occurring on the Travel Engine.

7.3. LN does not assume any liability for the actions or omissions of the Travel Partner.

7.4. Travel Members assume all risk related to their use of the Travel Engine.

8. Data Sharing & Privacy

8.1. Travel Member data (including name, email, phone number, travel preferences, and relevant identifiers) will be shared with the Travel Partner solely for account provisioning and service delivery.

8.2. The Travel Partner may send support-related communications via email, SMS, or in-app messaging.

8.3. LN and the Travel Partner comply with GDPR, and further details are provided in the Travel Members Privacy Policy.

9. Termination & Account Management

9.1. Travel Members may request account deactivation. If no bookings have been made, deletion may occur immediately. If bookings exist, the account will be deactivated and permanently deleted 365 days later.

9.2. LN reserves the right to revoke access at its discretion, including cases of fraud, resale, or T&C breach.

10. Amendments

LN may update or revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued access constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
