1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how LN collects, processes, stores, and protects the personal data of Lifestyle Members (LMs) who register and interact with the LN Lifestyle App, website, and related services. LN is committed to protecting user privacy in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018.
2. Data Controller
The data controller is LiveNow Affiliate Software LTD, headquartered at Igoumenou Gerasimou 12, 2863 Kampos, Nicosia, Cyprus. You may contact us at [email protected] for any questions related to your data rights.
3. Personal Data Collected
We collect the following personal data upon user registration and during app usage: - Full name - Email address - Mobile phone number - Country of residence - Date of birth - Membership tier (BLM, PLM) - LNP balances and transaction history - Referral data (if applicable) - App usage and interaction logs
Optional data may include: - Profile photo - Gender - Language preferences
4. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
LN processes data on the legal bases of contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligation (Art. 6(1) (c)), and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for the following: - Creating and maintaining LM accounts - Managing memberships, subscriptions, and LNP balances - Providing personalized content and support - Fraud prevention and legal compliance - Internal analytics and service improvements - Marketing communications with consent (Art. 6(1)(a))
5. Data Sharing and Access
LN may share limited data with the following categories of recipients: - Merchants, solely for validating offer redemption - Affiliates, solely when an LM is referred by them - Subprocessors (e.g., Stripe, Microsoft Azure, Zapier, Viva Wallet, Meta, Google, Typeform, OpenAI) strictly for service provision - Legal authorities, where required by law
Data is never sold or disclosed to third parties for unrelated marketing.
6. Data Retention
• LM account data is retained for as long as the account remains active.
• Upon deletion request, data is retained for 365 days for accounting/transaction purposes, then archived for another 365 days for legal compliance.
• After 730 days total, all personal data is permanently deleted.
7. International Transfers
All data is stored within the European Union, on Microsoft Azure servers. LN does not transfer personal data outside the EU.
8. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to: - Access your data - Rectify inaccurate data - Request erasure ("right to be forgotten") - Object to or restrict processing - Data portability - Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing)

9. LiveNow AI Assistant
LiveNow provides an AI-powered assistant ("LiveNow AI") to Premium Lifestyle Members. When using LiveNow AI:
• Data Processing: Your conversations are processed by OpenAI, a third-party AI service provider based in the United States, under their Data Processing Agreement and enterprise terms.
• Data Collected: We store your conversation history (messages, timestamps) to provide continuity and improve service quality.
• Retention: Temporary chats are automatically deleted after 30 days. Regular conversations are retained while your account is active. You can delete individual conversations or all chat history at any time through your account settings.
• No Training: Your conversations are NOT used to train AI models. OpenAI enterprise APIs do not use customer data for model training.
• Your Rights: You may request deletion of all AI conversation data by contacting [email protected] or by deleting your account.
• Account Deletion: Deleting your LiveNow AI account permanently removes all your conversation history. If you later access LiveNow AI again through your LiveNow membership, a new account will be created automatically with no previous data.
By using LiveNow AI, you consent to the processing of your conversations as described above.
10. Cookies and Analytics
The LN Lifestyle App uses technical and performance cookies to improve user experience. Analytical data is anonymized and used for internal optimization. No third-party ad tracking is used.
11. Security Measures
LN implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures including: - Encrypted transmission (HTTPS) - Access controls and authentication - Routine system audits - Anonymization of sensitive data where applicable
12. Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated without prior notice to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated through the app and/or by email.
