Premium Lifestyle Membership (PLM) – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the Premium Lifestyle Membership ("PLM") offered by LiveNow Affiliate Software LTD ("LN" or "the Company") to eligible Lifestyle Members ("LM"). By activating or continuing a PLM, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, which are in addition to the Lifestyle App Terms of Use. In the event of conflict, these PLM Terms shall prevail in relation to PLM matters.
2. Eligibility and Activation
2.1. Only verified LMs aged 18 or older may activate a PLM.
2.2. A PLM is activated exclusively via the Lifestyle App or through a Licensed Affiliate with sponsorship rights, upon successful payment of a one-time activation fee of €250.
2.3. Upon activation, the purchasing LM ("Admin LM") may invite one additional LM ("User LM") to share access under the same PLM.
2.4. The Admin LM is solely responsible for managing the PLM, including adding/removing the User LM.
3. Membership Benefits
3.1. A valid PLM grants: - Access to premium features within the Lifestyle App - Eligibility to redeem higher-value offers - 500 LNP (LiveNow Points) upon activation, valid for 90 days - 900 LNP credited monthly during active subscription, valid for 30 days - Use of the same account by up to two (2) Lifestyle Members concurrently
3.2. LNP are credited only while the PLM remains active and are non-transferable.
3.3. If the User LM is removed or leaves the PLM, all unexpired LNP previously shared revert to the Admin LM.
4. Fees and Billing Cycle
4.1. The PLM requires a one-time activation fee of €250.
4.2. Monthly membership fee of €50 is charged once the initial 500 LNP are redeemed or expire, whichever occurs first.
4.3. Monthly fees are billed every 30 days thereafter and automatically renewed unless cancelled by the Admin LM.
4.4. If payment fails, the account enters a 14-day grace period. During grace, no LNP are credited. If payment remains unsettled, the PLM becomes inactive.
5. Cancellation & Reactivation
5.1. An Admin LM may cancel the PLM at any time. Cancellation prevents further renewals but does not refund current or prior charges.
5.2. After cancellation, the PLM continues until the end of the current billing cycle, after which all unredeemed LNP are permanently expired.
5.3. Reactivation of a cancelled PLM requires payment of a new €250 activation fee.
6. Refunds & Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
6.1. By activating a PLM and accepting these terms, you consent to the immediate provision of digital services.
6.2. In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and Law 47(I)/2014 (Cyprus), you waive your right of withdrawal. No refunds will be issued once digital access begins.
7. Conduct & Abuse
7.1. PLMs may not be resold, transferred, or shared beyond the designated Admin and User LMs.
7.2. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or system abuse (e.g., farming LNPs, fake accounts) may lead to suspension or termination at LN's discretion.
8. Termination by LN
8.1. LN may terminate a PLM with immediate effect for violations of these terms or the general Lifestyle App Terms of Use.
8.2. LN reserves the right to withhold any remaining LNP, benefits, or access in case of termination due to breach.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Limassol shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to the PLM.
10. Amendments
LN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted in the App. Continued use of the PLM constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
