LN Smart Ring – Preorder Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms govern the preorder and future delivery of the LN Smart Ring, a contactless NFC-enabled product provided by LN and powered through the ManageMii platform. By placing a preorder, you accept all terms herein.

2. Product Description

2.1. The LN Smart Ring is designed for NFC-enabled payments and contactless actions such as sharing digital business cards via the ManageMii platform.

2.2. LN does not collect or process biometric or medical data through the ring.

2.3. The software and management of the ring's features (payment tokenization, business card functionality) are the responsibility of ManageMii (third party).

3. Preorder Conditions

3.1. The LN Smart Ring is available for preorder only. LN may ship the product anytime after Q3 2025.

3.2. No delivery date is guaranteed. Delays of multiple months are possible.

3.3. LN is not liable for delays or changes in shipping schedule.

4. Price & Payment

4.1. Full payment is required at the time of preorder.

4.2. Preorders are non-refundable.

4.3. LN Smart Rings are priced in EUR. Any currency conversion or associated banking charges are the responsibility of the user.

5. Delivery, Risk & Transfer

5.1. Products will be delivered to the shipping address submitted at checkout.

5.2. Risk and ownership pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping provider.

5.3. LN may cancel and refund orders at its sole discretion before shipping.

6. Returns & Replacements

6.1. The LN Smart Ring comes with no warranty.

6.2. The product is only eligible for exchange if it is defective and returned within 48 hours of receipt.

6.3. LN reserves the right to determine defectiveness.

7. Usage & Limitations

7.1. The LN Smart Ring is solely for use within the LN ecosystem and via ManageMii.

7.2. LN accepts no liability for functionality issues, data loss, payment rejections, or misuse through third-party systems.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

8.1. LN provides no guarantee of compatibility with all devices, apps, or terminals.

8.2. LN is not responsible for any damage, financial loss, or injury related to the ring's use.

8.3. Use of the LN Smart Ring is at your own risk.

9. Jurisdiction & Legal

9.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus and applicable EU regulations.

9.2. Legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
