LN Point System – Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms govern the use of the LN Point System ("LNPs"), a digital point system available to Lifestyle Members (LMs) of the LN Lifestyle App. The LNPs are used to redeem discounts on offers, subscriptions, and features within the LN ecosystem.

2. Eligibility and Access

2.1. Only registered Lifestyle Members (BLM or PLM) may acquire or use LNPs.

2.2. Each LM must use their personal login credentials to access and use LNPs. Shared accounts are prohibited, except PLM accounts which may be accessed by multiple LMs.

3. Point Allocation and Purchase

3.1. LNPs may be credited to LMs automatically as part of their subscription plan or manually purchased via the Lifestyle App.

3.2. LN reserves full discretion over the price, availability, and method of distribution of LNPs.

3.3. LN may suspend LNP acquisition or redemption at any time to ensure compliance, prevent abuse, or maintain system integrity.

4. Expiration and Validity

4.1. LNPs granted as part of a BLM plan expire every 24 hours.

4.2. Purchased LNPs are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

4.3. Upon PLM cancellation, all LNPs expire at the end of the subscription term.

5. Usage & Restrictions

5.1. LNPs may only be redeemed through the LN Lifestyle App.

5.2. The current redemption value is 1 LNP = €1, subject to change under updated terms.

5.3. LNPs cannot be transferred, gifted, or resold. LN may allow future transferability at its discretion.

5.4. LNPs hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.

5.5. LNP redemption may be restricted or frozen if the LM account is under investigation or non-compliance.

6. Cancellation and Deletion

6.1. If a user requests deletion of their LM account, all remaining LNPs will be cancelled immediately.

6.2. LNPs cannot be refunded or reinstated upon deletion or cancellation.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

7.1. LN assumes no responsibility for loss of LNPs due to misuse, technical failure, or third-party interference.

7.2. LN reserves the right to revoke or adjust LNP balances at its sole discretion.

7.3. Users are solely responsible for redeeming LNPs before expiration.

8. Jurisdiction & Amendments

8.1. These terms are governed under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable EU regulations.

8.2. LN reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice, subject to legal limits.
