Lifestyle App – Terms of Use

1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern the use of the Lifestyle App operated by LN. The App is a platform that grants access to digital offers, merchant promotions, lifestyle features, and various LN ecosystem functionalities.
2. Definitions
• Lifestyle Member (LM): Any user with a valid account on the Lifestyle App.
• Basic Lifestyle Membership (BLM): Free membership tier with limited benefits.
• Premium Lifestyle Membership (PLM): Paid tier with expanded access to features and rewards.
• LN Points (LNP): Digital credits used to redeem offers.
3. Account Access & Responsibilities
3.1 Each LM must create an account using accurate, personal credentials.
3.2 LMs must not share login credentials. Only PLM may be accessed by multiple LMs simultaneously.
3.3 LN may freeze or restrict accounts suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of terms.
4. App Content & Features
4.1 The App displays offers, deals, and services from LN and Third-Party Merchants (TPMs).
4.2 LN acts solely as a platform and is not responsible for merchant fulfillment or quality.
4.3 Offers are validated at the point of redemption via QR code. LN does not act as a transaction intermediary.
5. Beta Features
5.1 Beta or experimental features may be rolled out without notice.
5.2 All users acknowledge these features may change or be removed.
5.3 Use of beta features is at the user's risk, and feedback may be collected for quality improvements.
6. Membership Terms
6.1 BLM is free indefinitely unless upgraded.
6.2 PLM upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades occur at the next renewal.
6.3 PLM cancellations expire at renewal; BLM is reactivated unless otherwise requested.
7. LNP Usage
7.1 LNPs are redeemable only within the app.
7.2 1 LNP = €1 value. May be adjusted by LN with notice.
7.3 BLM LNPs expire every 24 hours. Purchased LNPs expire after 30 days.
7.4 PLM LNPs expire at cancellation renewal.
7.5 LNPs are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and may not be sold or gifted.
8. Payments & VAT
8.1 Users pay the LN service fee within the app. The remainder is paid directly to merchants.
8.2 LN issues VAT invoices for PLM and LNP purchases.
8.3 LN is not liable for VAT on affiliate commissions. Affiliates self-invoice for commission payouts.
9. Cancellation & Account Deletion
9.1 Deletion requests via support remove access to the Lifestyle App only.
9.2 LN retains deleted account data for 365 days for transaction reasons and another 365 days for legal purposes.
10. Communications
10.1 LMs consent to receiving marketing via email, SMS, and push notifications.
10.2 Preferences may be managed from within the app.
11. Member Conduct
11.1 LMs may not misuse offers, impersonate others, exploit systems, or promote non-LN content.
11.2 Any such activity may result in frozen accounts or permanent exclusion at LN's discretion.
12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
12.1 LN makes no guarantees on uninterrupted availability or error-free function of the App.
12.2 LN is not liable for merchant misconduct, fulfillment failures, or loss of data due to user negligence.
12.3 Where possible, LN may offer LNPs as goodwill at its sole discretion.
13. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
13.1 This agreement is governed by Cypriot law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
14. Amendments
14.1 LN reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
14.2 Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the latest version of these Terms of Use.
